• Provide and operate the service, including patient and clinic management features.
• Process subscriptions and invoices through our payment processor (Freemius).
• Respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
• Protect the platform against fraud, abuse and security incidents.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, payments, email) under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law.

Personal data is collected solely for the operational purposes of the platform (account creation, service provision, support and billing). Selling or transferring this data to third parties for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms.

Payments are processed by Freemius, which acts as an independent controller for payment data. Your card details never reach our servers.

5. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on secured servers with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel.

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations. Deleted accounts are anonymized.
