Terms & Conditions (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or subscribing to Veticore, you enter into this End User License Agreement with us. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Veticore is provided as a paid subscription service for veterinary clinics:

• Plans (Basic, Professional, Business) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle through our payment processor, Freemius.
• Annual plans are charged once per year; monthly plans once per month. Prices are those shown at the time of purchase.
• Payment is processed securely by Freemius. We do not store or process your card details.
• If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until the outstanding amount is settled.

3. Free Trial

New clinics get a 14-day free trial with Professional features enabled. At the end of the trial, the clinic is downgraded to the Basic plan unless a paid subscription is started.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your clinic account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes. Veterinary data entered must comply with applicable law.

6. Your Data

You retain full ownership of the data you enter into Veticore (patients, clients, records). We process it solely to provide the service, per our Privacy Policy.

6.b. Exclusive Use of Data

Personal data is collected solely for the operational purposes of the platform (account creation, service provision, support and billing). Selling or transferring this data to third parties for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen incidents may cause temporary unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
